I am a textile designer and rug maker based in the Cotswolds.

With a successful 20-year career working as a designer in the carpet industry, I have gained extensive experience across a wide variety of jobs ranging from large, high-end international projects to small, bespoke private commissions.

Check out my blog for tips, advice and a personal insight into my experience and design influences.

ENVIRONMENT

MATTERS

Three woolly sheep

Its natural, renewable and sustainable. It helps to purify the air in two ways; by absorbing and neutralising harmful VOC’s and by trapping dust particles so they can be vacuumed away.

why wool?

A bespoke rug reduces waste. There is no need for cutting back unwanted carpet. Yarn is dyed only for your project, again reducing wastage, and any leftover yarn is always reused for sampling.

BESPOKE BENEFITS

My rugs are hand made by me, in the Cotswolds, for the UK market, thereby reducing my carbon footprint. In addition, all the yarn I use is sourced and dyed within the UK
